Event Interface

Configure Event Interface settings

Note: If the event interface is unset, the management interface will be used for event collection.

To configure the Event Interface, select the network device to be used for Events, enter an IP Address, and Netmask, and if this is the Default Gateway enter an optional gateway address.

A Default Gateway can only be set on either the Management of Event Interface, advanced routing options are available through the Web Interface.

Event Interface Device Settings

Select the Network Device to use for the Event Interface.

Event Interface IP Address Settings

Enter a valid IP Address for the Event Interface

Event Interface Netmask Settings

Enter a netmask for the Event Interface.

Event Interface Gateway Settings (Optional)

If the Event Interface is the default routing interface enter a valid Default Gateway Address.

Event Interface Update Settings

When the values have been set, select Back on the menu screen. This will prompt to Update the settings and reconfigure the network settings for the HyperSec Collector. Select Cancel to abort the changes.
